Who We Are

When parents or caregivers enrol their children they come with hope and expectation that their children will be cared for, be happy and learn well.

Corinna is a multi-racial school made up of mainly Maori, Pacific Island, South East Asian and European children.

The school is organised into three whanau:

Nga Kakano

Ngati Aroha

Ngati Awhina

New Entrants (5 year olds) begin in the 'Entrance Classroom' and then progress to the appropriate whanau (to be with brothers, sisters etc.).

Each whanau is like a small school with 2 - 5 teachers and children from Y1 – Y8.
